Webinar on Food Metabolomics – 16 February 2021, 15.00-18.00 ΕΕΤ

FoodOmicsGR-RI, the Greek Node of METROFOOD-RI and the Hellenic Metabolomics Network collaborate in a webinar dedicated to the application of metabolomics in food analysis with focus on food authenticity and traceability. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, 16th of February from 15.00 to 18.00 EET.

The webinar addresses food scientists with an interest in the topic. An MSc level is recommended to be able to follow properly the webinar. Spoken language will be Engish.
