The “Olivefeed” project is lloking to cover a position of a PhD candidate or post-PhD Researcher.
The Project refres to the valorization of olive industry food waste and by-products for the production of innovative bioactive feed and high quality animal origin food products. “Olivefeed” parners are Pharmacy Department in NKUA (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens), Department of Biochemistry & Biotechnology (Laboratory of Animal Physiology) in University of Thessaly, School of Veterinary Medicine (Laboratory of Animal Husbandry) and Department of Chemistry (Laboratory of Food Chemistry & Technology) in AUTH (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and various food industries. The project is estimated to start in October 2021.
