With great pleasure we would like to inform you that the final event in the frame of METROFOOD-EPI project was successfully held on December 12th in Rome, attended by members-coordinators of the Greek Node.

Furthermore, on 13th of December, the Open Event focused on the role of research infrastructures in the agri-food sector took place in Rome. Young researchers from 9 research institutions of the METROFOOD-RI participated in the event with short presentations. AUTh's presentation was entitled "Young Pirates on a mission: counting plastics in the AUTh Sea".
