In the frame of the 11th PANHELLENIC CONFERENCE “CONTEMPORARY TRENDS IN THE FIELD OF LIPIDS-GREEK LIPID FORUM”, which took place on 25&26 NOVEMBER 2024 in Thessaloniki, Professor Emerita Maria Tsimidou presented a presentation on the determination of ‘olive oil phenols’ in order to meet the requirements of the relevant health claim of EU Regulation 432/2012. The presentation is a small contribution to the celebration of the World Olive and Olive Oil Day.
