3rd Independent FSS Dialogue on “Pathways for the future of Sustainable Food Systems in the Mediterranean” | 9 DEC 2021

The third “SFS-MED” Independent Food Systems Summit Dialogue on Thursday, 9 December 2021 from 10:30 to 12:30 (CET). Focusing on the theme “Pathways for the future of Sustainable Food Systems in the Mediterranean”, this third dialogue will take stock of regional and national efforts in following up to the UN Food Systems Summit, allowing to exchange on the way forward and identify opportunities for collaboration at national and regional level for more sustainable food systems in the Mediterranean.

Building on the findings of the two previous SFS-MED Dialogues held on 27 April and 21 June 2021 within the framework of the 2021 UN Food Systems Summit, this event is jointly organized by the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfMS), the United Nations One Planet Network’s Sustainable Food Systems Programme (OPN-SFSP), and the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA).
