In the framework of METROFOOD-PP programme (the project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 871083 for the preparation of METROFOOD ERIC) AUTH scientists from METROFOOD-GR and scientists from other participating Institutes accross Europe (IBA in Romania, TUM in Germany, ENEA in Italy) involved in the work packages related to the deliniation of the Scientific Agenda of this new Research Infrustructure, published a Review in Foods on the “Strategic Priorities of the Scientific Plan of the European Research Infrastructure METROFOOD-RI for Promoting Metrology in Food and Nutrition”.
